I recently purchased a Reolink POE Duo. One camera, two lens (dual streams). It has a HD and SD stream for both cameras. It works perfect in Blue Iris, VLC, etc. I have it set up in Monocle the way every other Reolink camera is set up. When I ask Alexa to show me the camera, it brings up the SD stream (640 X360) 7fps for a sec and then goes to buffering and never comes on. All other cameras work great. Any ideas?? Thanks!!
