<![CDATA[Hikvision DS-7608NI-E2/8P/A]]>Hi im having a few problems with viewing my hikvision cameras on a new Echo Show 5

I can view all of the streams through VLC without any issues but when I try with Alexa it just hangs and states camera cannot be found. I can also see activity on the portal for the cameras.

I have the latest firmware in all cameras and NVR and have changed settings i.e bit rate etc in settings but still fails.

Anddddddd… I found I had ‘better’ streaming by using each camera rtsp stream directly from the cameras rather than the nvr, but YMMV.

Also not sure about the ‘All Cameras’ feed either
