Hikvision and Echo show 5, with the gateway set up, i must be missing something simple ?

Hi all,
I have a HIKvision DS-7316HUHI-K4 net DVR, I have tested my RTSP URLs they are working fine and set up the gateway on the network, I can see the gateway being triggered when I request the camera on the Alexa but she always comes back with the camera is not responding, I have tried all the tags and I’m a little lost now.
I have set the gateway up on a dedicated raspberry pi, I can telnet from that to the IP and port for my device,
the only thing I can see in the tail that looks wrong is this
2019-12-20T22:11:25.438Z [DEBUG] <RTSP-PROXY> [RESPONSE] <-- [451 (Invalid parameter)] <cseq=1> (session=undefined)I have been all through the troubleshooting tips but no joy :(

@mattbradley109 try the different tags listed under gateway how-to. I had to use the @proxy tag for an LTS NVR to work

@mattbradley109 the fact we get nothing logged in the gateway makes me think its not getting very far at all…
