      Hi,

      I’m running the gateway on a Raspberry Pi. All installed and working. When you call Alexa you can see the gateway working. Alexa says hmm the camera isn’t responding!

      I have a HikVision NVR. The stream is working through VLC. I have tried @tunnel, @proxy etc. No change.

      Any ideas??

        A couple of problems I came across. With the Show 5, you have to limit the stream to 720p - and to do this you may have to use your camera’s second lower resolution stream. Also check you don’t have another program on the RPi that has claimed port 443 - use “sudo lsof -i -P -n | grep LISTEN” on the RPi to check this. I only need @tunnel when everything else is set correctly.

            @Jonathan-burge

            If you are still having trouble, please post your log from Monocle Gateway where you ask for the camera stream until Alexa gives you the failure response.

            Thanks, Robert
