      Hi Robert, hope you are well. When you get a minute can you let me know how I can send you my log file you mentioned so we can try and troubleshoot the viewing of my camera zero channel.

          I didn’t make it clear in my last post, I’m not actually sure how to send you the relevant logfile that you need to help to troubleshoot the issue.

          Could you please tell me how I can access the log file (also, how can I PM you on here).
