Hello Robert,
where are you from
and where did you come to belgium and when?

I think the problem comes from my Echo show 5 because several people have the same problem with only this device. the other echo show works.

I cannot place the Amazon doorbell because it does not use the ONVIF protocol that I need on my NVR 4 channels.
