General experience question

Loving the ability to view my hikvision cameras through Echo Show 8.
For the most part it’s ok - but more often than not, several times a day I will glance at the screen and notice it is frozen at an earlier time.
Occasionally I get the spinning lost connection type thing also.
Is all this as expected? Just part of how it works? Gateway setup on a rasp pi and the appropriate tags injected etc.
Just after a bit of a straw poll to see if I’m alone or not. Cheers!
