Service Stopped Working

The service was working perfectly for me until a couple of weeks ago. All RTSP feeds are working on VLC and Apple TV RTSP viewers. All of my echo show feeds (gen 1 and 2) started blurring and flickering (time going back and forth) and now they don’t even respond at all. Has something changed with the service. I haven’t made any changes whatsoever.
