UniFi NVR and UVC G3 with Monocle Gateway and Echo Show 8 - "The camera isn't responding"

I’m having a heck of a time getting my Echo Show 8 to work with the Monocle Gateway. The Show 8 tries and tries again to connect and comes back with camera is not responding. I don’t have any errors in the gateway console to help me. I am using the @proxy tag because @tunnel showed a debug error in the gateway’s console. I’ve tried using the @noaudio as well.
I’ve tried both beta .4 and beta .3. I ran the Gateway from the NVR server originally and then ran it from my PC in case it didn’t like looping back on itself. I’m using Windows 7 on the NVR and Windows 10 on my PC. I checked with VLC and it shows that the RTSP feeds work. I also have a Raspberry Pi setup to view the RTSP streams.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
