HELP please, hik-vision url help

I have 4 Hik-vision cameras and am trying to access them through an amazon show but I can’t find the URL. the cameras are model number DS-2CD2385G1-1. I can find the IP camera address but this just shows as a series of number (000.000.0.0) but when I imput this in the Monocle dashboard it says missing URL hostname. many thanks in advance
