Internal or external IP with Alexa Show

Hi I have followed all the guides and verified Internal and external Feeds to my hikvision cameras via VLC. added skills etc… echo show says “The camera isnt responding” tried both Internal and external IP’s in the Monocle setup so now im puzzled

Have you tried using the Gateway? Also look to make sure your router/firewall is open.

Have tested both and can confirm working with VLC but the echo show says camera isnt responding :(

I have Hikvision working on both Echo 8 and 5. Can you post your settings from one of your cameras from the Monocle dashboard
