      @Monocle

      I am getting the ‘Invalid WebSocket frame: RSV1 must be clear’ error. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have stopped and restarted Monocle, but there has been no change

        Same here. Registered as new User. Connection worked. A hour later i get

          I’m trying to get to the bottom of this issue but its difficult when I’m unable to reproduce it locally.
          I have made some additional changes on the server side. Let’s see if that helps the problem.

          Please post back here if you continue to get “Invalid WebSocket frame: RSV1 must be clear” errors.

          Thanks, Robert

                  Same here. Restarted the gateway and rebooted the server several times. (Linux casemedia 5.4.0-1032-raspi #35-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT Fri Mar 19 20:52:40 UTC 2021 aarch64 aarch64 aarch64 GNU/Linux)

                  Double checked nothing else is listening on 443 (this is not that problem).

                    I have reverted to restoring a backup of the previously “known” working server to see if this gets rid of the ‘Invalid WebSocket frame: RSV1 must be clear error. Please let me know if you continue to get this error. It seems like all this started happening after a recent server upgrade so I have reverted back just to see if the problem goes away.

                    Thanks, Robert

                        Splendid. Working again for me too, gateway starts cleanly.
                        Thank you.

                            @ecanivan said in Invalid WebSocket frame: RSV1 must be clear:

                            Gateway was working for a couple of days and then just stopped with this error. I don’t ever see the MONOCLE RTSP SERVICE - INITIALIZED message so I’m assuming it is during that process.

                            Estou ainda com esse problema tanto no linux quanto no windows…

                                  @jeffhouchin On Ubuntu, was working fine for a few months and now RSV1 must be clear error. Tried installing on Windows and got the same error.

                                    OK, I’m looking further into this issue. I have made some changes on the server, please let me know by posting here if the latest changes resolve the issue of if its still a problem. I have never been able to reproduce the issue so its somewhat difficult to nail down.
