Gateway as a Windows 10 service Times out

Hi:
I have a Unifi G3 Instant Cam running through Alexa and 4K Firestick. When I load the gateway up via cmd line and keep the cmd window open all works GREAT. However when I try to run it as a service, all looks ok, until I ask Alexa to show the cam, it acts like it is going to start, as I get old cam screen with the dots…then it times out ?? Any ideas ??
