XMeye cam no working

Hello,
I have NVR cameras and I can not make them work.
I own the link rtsp and it works perfectly from VLC.
Here it is: rtsp://192.168.1.78:554/user=xxx&password=xxx&channel=2&stream=1.sdp
For my setup on monoclecam.com : H254 / No sound / 1280x960
I have try the gateway, that work for an another cam (foscam) but no for this one…

Thanks for help.Can you post a log from Monocle Gateway that includes the request to the non-working camera stream? Let’s see if it can provide us any details as to where things are going wrong. Make sure to remove any visible passwords from the log file since they are embedded in your URL.
