IP CAM HIKVISION NOT WORK WITH FIRE STICK 4K

good morning and thank you for your work. I have about twenty hikvision ip cams which support the rtsp protocol (already tested with vlc). When I ask alexa to show them on the 4k tv fire stick it gives me connection error. Other cameras (like YI) work fine. Do you have any advice? I have already tried to tag with @tunnel or @proxy but nothing to do. Thank you
