Streaming to Alexa Show 8 V2

Hello, I have an AMCREST IP8M2496E-V2 connected via POE, I can access the RTSP using VLC, once adding to alexa, it says the camera isn’t responding, did all the tips listed, and asking Alexa to show the camera does add some information in the gateway logger (CMD), but no stream whatsoever, static IP for camera and PC has been set, and changed the feed in monocle multiple times with different users.
