Support for Echo Hub
-
Hello,
just received the brand new Echo Hub with OS 1.1 (Echo Ship 1503/128) and unfortunately, my Unifi Cams doesnt work with Monocle (Gateway) on this Echo (But with all the other Echo Show devices I’m using).

what tags and what camera are you trying, did you try the @proxy-tcp tag? my direct camera feeds all work on newer devices using the tunnel gateway. the @proxy-tcp tag will connect for about 10 seconds then disconnect. my cameras run UDP, Blue iris only TCP.

I am having the same issue. Received my Echo Hub and cameras do not work. I use the Monocle Gateway and have tried every combination of tags. The Gateway has been solid for me for years, I am assuming this an the Echo hub issue. Are there plans to support the Echo Hub?

Having the same issue. Everything works in my current setup with the Monocle gateway and my Echo show. The Echo hub looks to be a completely different platform. There are only a few “widgets” to download to customize your screen layout. The camera layout provided by Amazon pulls the cameras and makes them available buttons, but when you select one, it never loads. Having the capability to view the cameras on the Echo Hub would be a real game changer for me. Hope there is support in the future.

I have Echo Hub (Echo Ship 1503/155) and Reolink NVR. I have verified all the RTSP Streams URLs. Monocle Gateway reverse proxy works. I can connect to it via openssl s_client as well. But, I cannot get Alexa to show my cameras. It tries to connect for 10sec and then says that the camera are not working. I have tried @tunnel, @proxy, @proxy-tcp but no success. Please help me in this.

I have the Echo Hub too and had such a hard time getting my cameras online. I use local IPs for the cameras basic authentication and I run the gateway with API’s and as a service. Once I did that I got everything to run.
