      Hello dear Monocle team. I own three Jidetech P10-4x-5MP cameras. These three cameras bring me to the brink of despair. I haven’t been able to get a live image on my Echo Shows yet. I’ve already tried everything from deactivating and reactivating the skill on Amazon, as well as changing the camera settings on Monoclecam.com. Also read the FAQ and tips. Nothing has been successful so far. I always get the message “The camera is not responding” from the Echo Show. I hope you can help me. I uploaded the trace from the monocle gateway and a picture of the settings. Maybe you can find the error and help me. Thank you in advance. Many greetings, Meigel
