Camera feed was working. Verified via VLC.
Now not showing up on Echo Show (2nd Gen 10"). Was previously working.
Any ideas?

What camera manufacturer/model? Were you using Monocle Gateway in your setup or no?
Thanks, Robert

I am using a Luma 710 camera(s). They are rebranded Hikvision cameras sold by SnapAV.
Cameras are 4k capable. 3 stream capable. Currently using 2 streams (4k native, and a MPEG stream for Control4).I am using a Luma 510 NVR. Again, rebranded Hikvision sold by SnapAV.
This unit will provide 4 streams (really 3, as one is the Event stream of the Main 4k stream). Currently using the 1) 4k native stream (H.265) for output to TVs, 2) MPEG stream for output to Control4 system, and 3) the Transcoded stream which is H.264 at (crappily max) 704X480.The URL I was using was:
rtsp://10.10.10.XXX:554/Streaming/channels/504
(104 as you know corresponds to Channel 5, sub stream 4 which is the Transcoded H.264 stream).
This was previously working with an Echo Spot no issues.
Then I got an Echo Show (2nd Gen. 10" screen).
At first, this exact setup worked for the Echo Show.
I thought great and began to clone this test setup to the other 5 cameras I wanted to setup.
Discovered through Amazon Alexa no issues.
Then tried to use it through the Echo Show (2nd Gen 10").
None of the cloned streams worked, nor did the original any more.
Not only that, it any longer works on the Echo Spot.Strangely, using this exact URL works without issue in VLC and shows properly that it is a H.264 stream. All cameras work through VLC.
Any help or ideas welcomed.

I’m afraid I’m at a bit of a loss – no idea why it would be working fine and then stop working altogether.
If you are able to temporarily provide access to the camera stream over the Internet, I can test it here and see if I can get it working or at least try to determine where it is failing. You can PM me the private connection information. I should be able to test it out later this week, probably towards the end of the week. Thanks, Robert

Here is the only thing I can see that is different.
I have 1 camera that works through Alexa and 5 that don’t.
All of the cameras show in VLC using RTSP.
All of the camera setups are the same in the configuration pages of each camera itself.
All of the video/audio setups are the same in the configuration of the NVR.To note, the RTSP stream is coming from the NVR when I configure through Monocle.
THE ONLY difference I can see in VLC between the camera that IS working versus those that are NOT working is this:
The VLC Media Information window shows the “Decoded Format” of the camera that IS working as “Planar 4:2:0 YUV” - the other 5 cameras that are NOT working show no information in the “Decoded Format” section. All other information is identical between cameras as it pertains to the information shown in the VLC Media Information Window in the Codec Details tab.
Any help greatly appreciated.

I know this sounds trite, but try rebooting both the camera and the Alexa device. Sometimes the Alexa devices get into a state where they refuse to show an known/previously working camera feed.
If its still no working … if you are able to temporarily provide access to the camera stream over the Internet, I can test it here and see if I can get it working or at least try to determine where it is failing. You can PM me the private connection information. I should be able to test it out tomorrow.

It could be an audio related issue, but I would have to test the stream using some additional tools to find out more info.
