      I am unable to complete the account creation as I didn’t receive confirmation email. If I try and create account using same email, i’m told it’s already taken.

      I use the email to send/receive for a variety of other stuff, so email works.

        someone is trying to get into my account. I changed the password and I never got the verification email.

          That is confusing, I am ok now my new password gets me into my account. I have no idea who is trying to get into my account or create one with my names. Thanks
