Dahua DVR RTSP camera feed with FireTV says "is not responding"

Tried without tags (in this case, it attempts to connect and shows that it is connecting on screen but, fails that it is not responding)
if I specify tags such as @proxy or @proxy-tcp or @tunnel, screen doesn’t show anything but, after few seconds saying not repsonding.

Any help here is much appreciated.
