      I had an account for ages and now i can’t login?
      I’ve even clicked the forgot password to reset it incase i have it wrong but I never get any emails to reset?

              Thank you Robert. I did try to reset my password and never got a verification email. The proxy is currently not working with my Amazon Alexa with my Hikvision video doorbell. All other RTSP and JPG connectivity work fine.
