Finally got Q-See cameras to work

After a long trial and error, I finally got my old Q-See cameras to show up on the Echo Show 15.
Posting what I did in case it helps someone.

1. Use the Monocle Gateway
2. In Monocle, use this URL: rtsp://<IP Address>:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=1&unicast=true&proto=Onvif
3. and these tags @noaudio, @proxy-tcp
