Can't get gateway to work with Hikvision camera and luxel router

Got my cameras set up over a year ago with an old echo spot with no gateway. Bought a show on prime day and now trying to set up with the gateway. First tried docker on my NAS, no luck but understand that it is more complex so figured try and get it to work on my computer first. Still running the gateway on my computer All I get is the “hmm the camera isn’t responding” no matter what tag I’ve tried (tunnel, proxy, noaudio). Logs below, it shows up but it never shows the connected part like in the tutorial. Also it looks like it tries three times even though I only ask alexa to show the camera once. Any help? I looked into dns rebinding but I don’t think that is the issue since I can ping the camera ip address on my computer terminal. Using a luxel XBR-4400 router if it matters. Open to any ideas? TIA
