DNS Rebinding on AT&T Arris Router
-
I’m getting the DNS Rebinding error in my Monocle Gateway log. Looking at https://monoclecam.com/dns-rebinding help page… it indicates I need to add an exception in my router for *.mproxy.io.
Does anyone know how to do this on an AT&T Arris router? I’m at a loss looking at the router settings. Thanks

You might try restarting your Monocle Gateway … there was a backend DNS issue that was just resolved today that could be impacting your setup.
Thanks!

I just confirmed it’s working now (sorry for the delay), so I think the backend DNS issue was the root cause for my particular issue. Thanks for the help!
