Have tried without success to Alexa-link my existing Hikvision NVR, including all the work arounds suggested (e.g. local proxy server, @tunnel and @proxy commands, etc). Works fine via VLC app via rtsp://192.168.1.185:554/Streaming/Channels/101/.

My Monocle config looks like:
