How to configure herospeed NVR and Cameras at monocle portal

Hello Friends,
I have a question concerning the configuration of Herosspeed Cameras in Monole an Alex.
Since a few years I’m running an 16 Port herospeed NVR wit 8 POE IP 2 MP Full HD cameras connected.
The hardware was distributed ba DVS Germany.The RTSP-Stream for each camera can be accessed at the NVR with the syntax rtsp://[UID]:[PW]@[DYNDNS-adress].ddns.net:554/[Port]/
I have no chance to configure the rtsp Stream with included UID and PW at the monocle-portal.
There is als noc chance to change the the rtsp URL in the Software of the NVR.
I also have no chance to get an FW update vrom DVS oder an updated version from herospeed.I installed the Monocle Skill in my Alexa.
When configuring the rtsp stream with basic or digest authentication, Alexa says “camera does not respond”.
I also tried all comibinations tagging the cameras i.e. with @tunnel and started a configured monocle gatewayservice on my windows PC, but nothing helped.
Has somebody an idea for me, how to configrure the rtsp-streams of my Herospeed NVR? at the moncocel Portal ???
