Monocle Gateway - Raspbery Pi + Amcrest

Hi all! Santa was good to me this year, working on getting my new Amcrest NVR set up and running into a few issues. I’m a fairly novice user but enjoy pushing my limits/expanding what I know, so bare with me If something I’ve done/explained isn’t completely clear.

-Echo Show 5
-Raspberry Pi 4B
-Netgear Nighthawk R800
-ATT BGW320

Steps So Far
I have my NVR and cameras all set up, and have checked their rtsp streams via vlc, seems to be all good there.

I have the monocle skill enabled on my echo and am able to see the camera names on my Alexa.

I have a raspberry PI 4 Running Pi hole on my network. My network consists of my ATT gateway passing through to a Netgear nighthawk R8000, with my raspberry pi + pi hole acting as my DNS server. I have installed the Monocle gateway on the raspberry pi. Everything is running and I see the commands to Alexa show on my pi, however this is where I run into issues (see attached image).

I believe my issue is on the dns rebinding side, but my question is where do I resolve that issue, on the raspberry pi? Or on the router?
