Monocle don't works on Echo show

Hi to every one it’s the very first time I’me writing here for support. I’m trying to connect my cameras to monocle in order to watch its on my echo show 8 gen 3 but I’m on trouble. I have chinese cameras and also Hikvision cameras both with RTSP activated and working with VLC, now, by using the same URLs in monocle dashboard and a Raspberry Pi 3B+ with monocle gateway installed on it the camera’s watchin don’t works with the echo show. I’d tryied every possible combination settings, I’d tryed to deactivate linux firewall but nothing, on PC works on echo show don’t. Have you got some suggenstions on it please? Thanks

@berto1886 My fault, problem solved. I’d to add a second address to my raspberry (where monocle gateway is installed) where the 443 door is totally dedicated to this service and not in sharing with apache server
