Unable to enable alexa skill (auth issue)

As titles states, I am unable to enable the alexa skill as when I try to auth, at auth.monoclecam.com, I enter my creds that I normally use to auth with and it comes back with an error to contact support.
It has been working flawlessly for years, then alexa said that there was an issue. I disabled and enabled the skill and that’s when I found out I could not login.
Plz help!
