    Video Resolution gone from portal

      My cameras have stopped streaming because video resolution is missing from the portal. The only camera working is that streaming in 1080P, the others were accommodated by the video resolution, them it this setting has disappeared.!21b1918d-7b08-4efe-8850-db55bab145a9-image.jpeg

        The resolution should not make any difference. It was removed from the web portal quite a while ago.

          @Monocle Hi Robert, unfortunately it seems to have as it was working for so long i hadn’t changed the settings, I have a Unifi G4 Doorbell, and because the high resolution was higher than 1080, i chose medium resolution at 960x720, when first trying it would not work, so i then had to set the video resolution to 1080 and it would work. I’m really not sure what else it may have been as i hadn’t changed a thing.
