no registration of dynamic record on mproxy.io

hi, I’m using raspberry 64bit version of monocle.
I have this problem:
I cannot ping my FQDN e5cae5ea-a84a-4309-b25f-xxx.mproxy.io record.
it’s not a rebind problem, it seems that monocle is unable to register the new dynamic record:
ping: e5cae5ea-a84a-4309-b25f-xxx.mproxy.io: No address associated with hostname

in the past in another raspberry 32bit I was able to use normally monocle, can y help me?
