Echo show g5 and fluoreon IPD-E24Y02-BS series

Now I tried 2 days connecting this cam (floureon IPD-E24Y02-BS series) with monocle cam. Just getting the answer: cam is not responding.
What can I do? Where can I find any logfiles for posting here?

I was getting the same thing. I am using the gateway software on a PC and it gives you some information when you try to connect. Ultimately I had to use the @proxy tag to get it working.
