I would be happy to add support for Brazil. However, it does not appear that Amazon supports the Smart Home Camera Skill in this region yet:

When they add support, we would be happy to add support to Monocle with your help on translations.

I believe that this is not the case anymore, as I can’t find anything restricting the API regions in the docs anymore.
I could also help with any translation needed if this is not the case anymore.

I also would like to use Monocle Alexa Skill in Brazil. "Smart Home Camera Skill " is already supported in Brazil.
