probleme with connection between gateway and monocle server

hi, my gateway will not connect to nonocle server. can someone helpme.?

The error suggests that something else is already using port 443 on this computer. When this monocle gateway instance is starting, its trying to listen on port 443 but failing.
Also make sure you don’t have two instances of the gateway running, that could also produce this type of error. For example, if you have it installed as a Windows service and its running as a service and then you also launch it from the command line as a second instance.

okay, it seem that connection between gateway and your server is now okay. by opening the stream by alexa , it will open the stream but it comes another error
