      I can log on to my account from a desktop but cannot log on from mobile. It tells me invalid account but I use the same credentials as the desktop.

        Hi Maria,

        I just tested this on an iPhone X over a cellular connection and was able to logon without any trouble. What type of phone and what web browser are you using? I’ll try to test it on something similar to yours.
