I also tried to change the resolution to a lower one, I removed the image security password as with the others, but Alexa at the moment of connection … flashes the screen and then says: “the video camera does not respond”
I also tried to change my password and re-enter it but nothing is the only one that has problems, but in reality the camera works very well …(for the annual payment you can agree if it is an honest figure, if not for this service I could do without it … so if it is an annual offer yes … but not more, or a 5-year subscription one-off … like € 100.00 but not more … I don’t think it’s a strictly necessary service …)
