 Hi, I have a WiFi IP camera ( Jooan JA-C9C-Y ) and I’m trying to work with Alexa, dosen’t work and I would like have help. 
 Following “Additional Tip& Tricks” page:- 
Are you using Alexa from one of the supported geographical regions and supported languages?

Yes, I’ve activated the skill in Spanish from Spain.

Are you using a supported Amazon Alexa/Fire device?

- 
Does your camera support a RTSP steam? 
- 
Yes, using iSpy 64 v7.2.1.0 (Windows 10) I’ve found two working rtsp address: 
 o VLC:360eye: rtsp://192.168.6.50:554/live/ch00_0 (it seems to work at 1920 x 1082 a 18 fps)
 o FFMPEG:ipncs: rtsp://192.168.6.50:554/live/ch00_1 (it seems to work at 640 x 360 x 10 fps)

Have you tested and verified your RTSP URL and IP camera stream is working using a 3rd-party tool such as VLC or FFPLAY? 
- 
Yes, with VLC. 
- 
Does your camera support H.264 encoded video? 
- 
Yes VLC says “Codec H264 – MPEG-4 AVC (part10(h264)” 
- 
Does your camera support AAC or G.711 encoded audio? 
- 
I’m not sure, it says: “Codec: PCM ALAW (alaw)” 
- 
Are you using a FireTV Stick (non-4K), FireTV Edition or Echo Spot to try and view your camera stream?

No, I’m using a Amazon Echo Show® 2018 -(2nd generation) but anyways the cameras are up to 1920x1080.

Are you using a FireTV 4K, FireTV 4K Stick, FireTV Cube, Fire Tablet or FireTV Edition to try and view your camera stream?

Is your camera stream using G.711 encoded audio? (Sometimes displayed as mLAW or uLAW)

I’m not sure, it says: “Codec: PCM ALAW (alaw)” 
 In https://portal.monoclecam.com/ :  I say “Alexa, show me camara 1”, and Alexa show me “ waiting camara 1” and a minute o so … fails What can I check?, There is any debug file anywhere? , any tip? Thanks in advance.
