Hi There

I am experiencing connectivity issues between my Genbolt GB209X cameras, the Monocle Gayway and Amazon Echo Show 5. The camera device is discovered by the Alexa but it simply states that “the camera isn’t responding”

The video feed is rtsp://192.168.1.26/2, 800x600, H264, G711, Auth =None. These settings have all been verified using VLC. Windows firewall has been disabled, and i am able to ping the FQDN for the monocle server from another machine on the network. I have tried all the tags @tunnel, @proxy, @proxy-tcp. None of which appear to work. Please refer to the log below:

Hi Shiney, I am new here but are you using the gateway? A gateway is required for Echo Show 5/8 as well as some FireTV/Tablet devices
