      Hi I’ve got the above mentioned equipment but I can’t run.
      I’ve verified the rtsp stream for channel 1 and installed the gateway but it just times out when i attempt to view it. The DVR currently is encoding the video in h264 and I have run the gateway. When I try to ping the fdqn DNS it times out aswell. I have a virgin superhub 2 and have not yet looked at the settings. I have run the @tunnel and @noaudio tags

      Would it be best to purchase a firestick non 4k and try with that?
