Trendnet - still not working for me could someone share settings that have been sucessful

Trendnet TV-IP310PI is working fine for me with setting mentioned in the post “Hikvision issues”. My trendnet camera runs with Hikvision firmware (for other reasons, provides access to more settings than Trendnet FW).
Use gateway, use #tunnel, if you have several cameras in the same network use different ports. -
I have tried everything I dont think port 443 is exposed i have an ISP assigned static IP address is that making things harder? Any inisghts appreciated!
