Panasonic IP Camera not working

Hello, I have set up several RTSP IP Camera (Unifi & Samsung), and it goes smoothly with Alexa using the monocle gateway.
Great app btw!

However I kept failing in setting up my Panasonic IP Camera to work with monocle.
-) my IP Camera model is: Panasonic WV-SW395
-) Alexa device is: new amazon fire TV stick 4k (I think no problem with this, because other camera working perfectly with alexa)

So the steps that I done are as follows:
rtsp://ipaddress/MediaInput/h264 ----> Working smoothly when I tried to open network streams using VLC
rtsp://ipaddress/MediaInput/h264/stream_1 ----> Working smoothly when I tried to open network streams using VLC

So I expect it should run smoothly too on alexa, however alexa said “I’m not sure what went wrong”.
video codec is h264,
I tried lowering the video resolutions by half from 1280x960 to 640x480, but still the problem persist.

I hit dead-end, been researching around the web to no avail:dizzy_face:
