Gateway on another pc

Hi, i have tested this and am happy with it, all working ok, the problem is, i set the gateway up on my laptop to test and all is good, then i tried to install the gateway on to my BI machine which is on permanently and although the service started i got “proxy server error” and “rtsp server error”, i does see me request the feed then stops with “econnrefused”, so i stopped the service and run the service on my laptop again and it all works.

How do i move the gateway service to another pc?

Found part of problem i hope, when i initialize the gateway one of the lines says “rtsp proxy stopped” with a code, so i think this is the problem, just not sure how to resolve.
