WiseNet NVR

Trying to get Monocle to talk to my WiseNet NVR. Followed the troubleshooting steps and can access my NVR via the VLC player with both my local IP address and the external DNS address, that works fine. Can connect via Alexa to my NVR, I have the following output, has anyone else experienced connectivity working with Alexa and an NVR ? I have tried with Digest and Basic authorisation.

I don’t recall anyone posting about this NVR. Which Alexa device are you using? Many newer devices require also using our Monocle Gateway service. https://monoclecam.com/monocle-gateway
