I have been able to get this working before, but now am struggling but haven’t changed anything other than reload the configuration in Alexa. I am able to see my RSTP streams via VLC (without authentication) and have set up everything according to instructions. I have a Unifi UNVR, 15 cameras and Echo Show 8 all on the same subnet 20. The monocle gateway is running on a windows machine on a different subnet 30 that can see subnet 20. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot further?
