DS-KH6320-WTE1 and ALEXA

I wish to connect my Hikvision DS-KH6320.-WTE1 with Amazon Alexa Show 8

I was told by Hikvision that this would be possible but to get in touch with Amazon, as they don’t have the steps needed.

I did and they told me it’s not possible and to go back to Hikvision

Can anybody help me with this with a step by step guide, as I am a disabled person and needs to see the video from this
