Eufy camera not working?

Hey all, thought this would be the secret to making my livestream not timeout after 5 min on Alexa. I already had it setup through RTSP via Synology NAS (Surveillance Station) so I could watch it on my computer (used for my nursery).
I put in the details into the Monocle dashboard and linked the skill to Alexa. It found the camera but when trying to connect, it just says there’s an issue finding the device. I’ve verified the address as working (working via Surveillance Station Monitor and VLC), I’ve used VLC to validate the right codecs and resolution… but still, won’t work. I even took off any security and left it open, still nothing.
Anyone have this issue? I don’t see Eufy as a list of any known ongoing issues with Monocle.
