Dahua DHI-NVR4108HS-8P-4KS2/L not working with echo show8 (2nd gen)

Hi all,
I’ve been struggling to get my dahua nvr cam DHI-NVR4108HS-8P-4KS2/L on echo show8 after enabling the monoclecam skill in Alexa app. I’m not well versed with networking skills but very keen to get this working for me.
I can get the below URL to work in VLC, but when it is set up in monocle doesn’t work. Cam feed history shows no data available message.

RTSP:/192.16*..*/:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=1

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I’m struggling with my Dahua DH-SD29204T-GN camera and the Echo Show 8 v2 as well. I’ve tried all sorts of configurations. It’s almost like the Echo Show 8 doesn’t support the Dahua cameras anymore. Have you gotten ant further??
