Alexa, Camera Not Responding

I am trying to display my Hikvision DS-2CD2132F-IS camera which is connected to my Hikvision DS-7608NI-E2 / 8P NVR.
I have followed all of the instructions & tips that I can find & gone through the similar threads on the forum but am pulling my hair out trying to get the feed to display on my Alexa Show 5.My RTSP URL works great on VLC player but Alexa says the camera isn’t responding.
I have set up the Monocle Gateway on a raspberry pi & this seems to be working but I still get the same response from Alexa.
I would be grateful for any help in getting it working & will post any logs that are required.

I have the same issue…been bashing my head and searching forums but still never works. everything has been followed…i’ve tried the back feed option and still no luck.

I spent a bit more time on this today & I finally managed to get my camera to stream to the Alexa show 5.
The only issue now is that the stream lasts for around 30 seconds & then the screen freezes & displays “Buffering” & then shortly after returns to the Alexa Show homescreen.I’ve tried adjusting the display settings & going from the Main stream to the Sub stream on the camera but it still buffers.
Has anybody experienced the buffering issue & if so how did you manage to solve it?
