DNS rebinding or other issue?

I’ve been trying to make my camera and/or DVR work with alexa trought the monocle gateway. I’ve tryied every option avaliable on the troubleshooting section without sucess. Can anyone give me some advice. Could’n find any option to make an exception on the router for DNS rebinding. Any workarround??
